Right now I'm all about fitness, so I create this list of the most fun ways to workout. Most of them are workouts that you don't need to waste money on them, so you can try them on your free time or do this like a hobby. Remember that once you're constant on your daily workout routine the results will appear very soon. Keep thinking about your goal and have fun with this exercises.
DANCE: Dancing is really fun for everyone, you don't need classes, just play your favorite music and dance, you will feel exhausted at the end. Although, if you wanna take a dance class, be careful!, If you are not a professional dancer, don't get in an advanced class, 'cause you won't be able to learn, nor workout and you'll only feel bad with yourself. Search for a class that is more closer to your level, sooner or later your level and your skills will be increasing, and then you will feel comfortable to take an advanced class. For now, just have fun!.
SPORTS: Most women are far from being a sports fan. If you are one of those girls let me tell you that, that happens because you don't know the rules and don't see what is the big deal about it and really don't care about learning or watching sports . I recommend first of all learning the rules while you're playing. Search for a local sport team, or make one yourself with some friends. Subscribe your team in some tournaments where you can play and have a good time.
SWIMMING: This is one of the most challenging things in life that we ever have to learn, because first of all we have to confront our fears to be able to learn how to swim, although, there's something about water that I found very relaxing and enjoyable, that's why I choose swimming as a fun way to workout. You can be working out in the pool while you're talking to your friends and nobody will notice, not even you!
HULA HOOP: There's a new trend about having your own Hula Hoop. Girls take the Hula Hoop, to parties, to reunions, to concerts, everywhere!. It's fun, and most important, it work your abs in a really amazing way. Also you get the chance to be the center of attention in those reunions. Learn some new tricks and catch the eyes of boys, while you're doing those sexy moves!
SKATING: On ice, on skateboard, on roller blades, either way is a great way to workout and have fun at the same time. Take a relaxing getaway to the park with your friends or by yourself, and get those amazing legs and butt you've always wanted.
CYCLING: Another fun way to workout. Instead of driving when you go to the grocery store or some place near home, take your bike, also you can go on a small trip and visit some nice views on your own city while you are riding.
POLE DANCE: Even though we already talk about dance, this is another challenging and fun way to workout. It also will make grow your self-esteem while you're doing it. The same advice on dance; Take a class close to your level of flexibility, strength and physical condition. Do not feel discouraged if you can't do some of the tricks, this type of techniques need time and patience, meanwhile you'll notice how your body is changing.
HIKING: This is a very encouraging and challenging way to workout, because you have all this beautiful places and you can stop to take pictures, but then, you have to keep going no matter what, until you get to the spot you started. But let me tell you I've tried this an it totally worth it. There's so many places where you can go hiking with your friends and see all the wonders that our world has given to us.
